Long Time No See...

Hebrews 10:24-25

24 And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works,

25 not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as [is] the manner of some, but exhorting [one another], and so much the more as you see the Day approaching.

How much of that have you heard recently? At the restaurant, the Dr.'s Office, The Market. For some of us, it's been a couple of days or weeks. For some of us, it's been three years.

Now, there is no condemnation or judgement toward you if you haven't been to service in a while. Quite honestly, we understand that there were many voices demanding that we should stay away from others for our safety. Some voices even went as far as to say that we should stay away from our loved ones if we really loved them and were concerned for their safety.

However, this is a new season! Hebrews says that we should consider one another, and we did consider others for the sake of Covid, but now I believe that it is time to consider one another for the sake of the gospel and for the sake of the reuniting of The Body of Christ.

I am writing to you today to stir up the love of God in you, and to stir up the good works in you that need to be done. There is a place waiting for you to occupy it in service there are people that look forward to blessing you. Likewise there are people that need to be blessed by you.

Conditions and circumstances have convinced us that is better to stay isolated, but God's word encourages us many times over to make sure that we gather to worship together, For the sake of unity, for encouragement, and because He commands us to. I am convinced that our Heavenly Father knows quite well what we need and when we need it, but his word encourages us to stick together even more as the Day of His return approaches.

Let's break out of this pattern of being alone. Let's break of the the pattern of being isolated. I look forward to seeing the release of His power in our services as we come together to worship the one who loved us enough to save us.

We look forward to seeing you soon. There's room for you and your family. You've been missed.

God Bless You
